The real neuroscience behind ‘brain fog’ ☁️

“Reduced focus and attention.” “Mental fatigue.” “Poor memory.” “Inability to think clearly.”

These are all symptoms we’ve heard our patients mention in the same breath as “brain fog,” a term which has become so common in recent years that its meaning has, ironically, become quite foggy itself!

In our Beating Brain Fog Masterclass, we’re clearing the confusion, with evidence-based explanations for the underlying causes and lifestyle factors that contribute to brain fog, and how you can start to address them.

2-Hour live online masterclass webinar

We’ll be teaching live for two hours about overcoming brain fog! You’ll be able to watch the stream from any device, and come away feeling more confident in how you can reduce brain fog’s grip on your life.

Downloadable Beating Brain Fog guide

After the masterclass, we’ll send you our Beating Brain Fog Guide, with a summary of everything you learned during the two-hour live webinar, which you’ll be able to download, read, and print out!

Live Q&A with Drs. Ayesha & Dean Sherzai

During the Beating Brain Fog Masterclass, you’ll have the opportunity to ask us any questions you have about brain fog, how it’s affecting you, and any underlying factors you suspect might be contributing to it.

Sunnier skies for your brain health ☀️

Brain fog isn’t something you just have to accept as a normal part of life. There are ways to clear the cloudiness and start feeling more focused, happy, and energized again.

Addressing brain fog means understanding its root causes, whether they stem from mental health, physical health, hormonal health, or lifestyle factors.

Unfortunately, though we’re often taught how to take care of our bodies, not nearly as many of us are taught how to take of our minds.

So we go through our days feeling forgetful, distracted, and mentally drained, even with simple things. We blame ourselves and push through it, and hope it gets better on its own.

It’s time to change that.

In our live Beating Brain Fog masterclass, we’ll give clarity to the underlying causes, and how they can start to be treated with lifestyle changes and clinical interventions.

Attendees of our previous masterclasses have seen their capacity for recall improve within just two hours! We’ll be hosting the same live challenge as part of the Beating Brain Fog Masterclass, testing your memory at the beginning of the session, and then again at the end.

“Why are you charging for this experience?”

Our lives are dedicated to giving back to our communities and if you look into our work, we continue to give as much as we can. Our educational platform is run by an incredible team of people and the funds go towards supporting them and their families, and also for us to be able to spend time to bring everyone evidence-based information on brain health.

There is so much work that goes into this – constant reading, research, weeks and weeks of writing and practicing, hours of recording, time away from our children, canceling family and vacation time, sacrificing lucrative opportunities as doctors to promote public health, and so much more.

We’re doing it all while staying honest, evidence-based and not pushing snake oil. We think there’s nothing wrong with that, and we hope you feel good about supporting our work.

FAQs

We do not offer 1:1 to support included in this training.

The Beating Brain Fog Masterclass takes place on Friday, April 11, 2025, at 1pm PDT (8pm BST).

We truly wish this is a promise we could make, but the truth is that brain fog can still occur, even if you do everything ‘right’. However, we firmly stand in the belief (and have directly witnessed this in our clinic), that evidence-based lifestyle choices can prevent and restore brain health.

We fully stand by this training and your experience. Because of the time and investment that goes into a digital experience, we cannot offer a refund once the live session is complete.

We’re happy to answer them! Email contact@teamsherzai.com with your question and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
