Absolutely not. While we ourselves are vegan, and we advocate for a plant-heavy diet (as this is proven healthiest for brain health), we welcome all dietary preferences. We will discuss nutrition during The Better Brain Challenge, and you will receive several vegan recipes, but your dietary choices do not exclude you from participating and benefiting from The Better Brain Challenge.

You will log into Circle, an easy-to-use platform where you’ll be able to access everything in one place. You’ll receive an email every day of the challenge providing the direct link into Circle.

Starting on Monday, February 12, you will get one impactful lesson each day. Some days are videos (closed captions included), others are in a written format. Each day includes a worksheets to help support all you’re learning.

Each day you will receive at least one action you can take that will support long term benefits to your brain. Each action compliments that day’s lesson.  

Guidance on Preparation

Prior to The Better Brain Challenge starting, you’ll receive a workbook that will help you prepare and determine your baseline. At the end of 21 days, you’ll be able to compare your results.
