Why this matters

Alzheimer’s doesn’t begin at diagnosis.

It begins decades earlier.

But so does prevention.

In this masterclass, Drs. Ayesha and Dean Sherzai will teach you science-backed methods for lowering your risk of Alzheimer’s using proven strategies and lifestyle frameworks.

This isn’t about vague advice. It’s about taking science-backed, actionable steps that can protect your brain for life.

Build a brain that’s sharp for life

For decades, we were taught that cognitive decline was just a normal part of aging. That forgetfulness and memory lapses were inevitable. That Alzheimer’s was unpreventable.

But now, thanks to groundbreaking neuroscience, we know better.

Up to 40–50% of Alzheimer’s cases are preventable, through lifestyle and medical strategies that we can all begin practicing, no matter our age or background.

We’re Drs. Ayesha and Dean Sherzai — neurologists, researchers, and preventive medicine specialists — and we created this masterclass to help you understand exactly what to do to protect your brain.

Whether you’re caring for aging parents, noticing brain fog in yourself, or simply want to invest in your future health, this is where prevention begins.

This comprehensive masterclass is for you if…

Why are you charging for this experience?

Our lives are dedicated to giving back to our communities and if you look into our work, we continue to give as much as we can. Our educational platform is run by an incredible team of people and the funds go towards supporting them and their families, and also for us to be able to spend time to bring everyone evidence-based information on brain health.

There is so much work that goes into this – constant reading, research, weeks and weeks of writing and practicing, hours of recording, time away from our children, canceling family and vacation time, sacrificing lucrative opportunities as doctors, and so much more.

We’re doing it all while staying honest, evidence-based and not pushing snake oil. We think there’s nothing wrong with that, and we hope you feel good about supporting our work.
